Yggdrasil Industries Bath and Body Products Return Policy

At Yggdrasil Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality bath and body products that meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy to ensure your experience remains positive.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original conditionunopened and unused. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required to process all returns. Please retain this documentation.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email our customer service team at p.freeland@yggdrasil-industries.com with your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and your reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization (RA)
    If your request is approved, a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued. Do not return any product without an RA number, as it will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Instructions
    Once the RA# is received:

    • Securely package the item.

    • Include the RA number inside the package.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection & Processing
    After we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at p.freeland@yggdrasil-industries.com.
We will provide a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process above for the original item.

  2. Once your return is processed and approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
